Program FAQs

How many contributors will be rewarded?

We don't have an upper limit on the number of contributions. You can keep earning rewards as long as you submit valid contributions.

Will I get rewarded for all contributions?

Yes, as long as they are valid and per the guidelines.

Can I dispute a declined validation?

Mistakes happen! If you believe your contribution was incorrectly declined during the validation process, let us know at content-contributons@zohocatalyst.com.

Can I record a tutorial video and write an article about the same topic?

Yes! You will need to submit one contribution per category. In this case, one for “Video Tutorial" and one for “Written Tutorial.”

Can I submit a nontechnical video about my Catalyst use case?

Yes, as long as you keep the video educational and demonstrate how you use the product. Anything that is promotional or an advertisement will be rejected.

Can I participate as a team?

Since rewards are given to individuals, we cannot allow team participation.

Can I submit something that someone else has already submitted?

It depends. If you can cover the topic in your own perspective or experience, we may consider it valid. However, plagiarized contributions will not be tolerated.

Can I contribute something other than the types of contributions listed?

We value the contributions from our community and welcome contributions of all kinds as long as they can help other users or improve the experience of other users.

Can I republish my contributions elsewhere?

Published contributions become the property of Catalyst. If you wish to republish your contribution elsewhere, you must obtain written approval from Catalyst. However, if your contribution is rejected, you can republish it elsewhere.

Can I exchange my rewards/perks for something else?

No, we will not be able to exchange prizes or rewards.

Can I use multiple or different accounts for contributions?

No, you must use the same account for every contribution.
