What is the Catalyst Free Trial?
The Catalyst Free Trial allows new customers to explore and develop using Catalyst at zero cost. In fact, the entire development cost is on us. Plus, when you move your first project to production, you get up to $250 wallet credits in production to explore Catalyst.
What do I need to sign up for a Free Trial account?
All you need is your email address.
If I am an existing Zoho user, can I sign up with my Zoho account?
Yes, you can sign up with your Zoho account.
Who is eligible for the Catalyst Free Trial?
The Catalyst Free Trial is available to all new Catalyst customers who have not previously had a Catalyst account and received any wallet credits.
How many free accounts am I allowed to sign up for?
There is a limit of one account per new customer.
Do I pay anything to start with the Catalyst Free Trial?
No. You can start using the trial for free. You will not be charged anything unless you decide to move your project to production. Once you deploy your first project to production, you'll have $250 wallet credits to use for free and later you'll pay according to your usage.
How long can I enjoy the Free Trial?
For as long as you want! Access to the Free Trial does not expire.
How many projects can I associate with my account?

Billing and cancellation
Will I be autocharged during my Free Trial?
Never. You won’t be charged unless you move your project to the live environment.
How do I ensure I won’t be charged?
We’ll never charge you unless you decide to deploy your project to a live environment. Billing only starts when you deploy to production, and you only pay for what you actually use. Even better, our usage-based pricing software automatically ensures you are always charged the lowest amount based on your usage. You can check Catalyst pricing for full details.
Once you have deployed your Catalyst application to the production environment, you will be billed for the API calls you make in your live Catalyst application. You can learn more about this from the billing help page.
You can always choose to set up budget alerts to inform when your budget amount crosses.
How do I monitor my usage and billing in Catalyst?
You can monitor your Catalyst usage and billing from the Billing section in Settings. You can check the breakdown of your usage, view a comprehensive report, set budget limits for your usage, and more from the Billing section. You can refer to the billing help page for more information.
What if my credit card or other form of payment expires or otherwise becomes invalid?
We will send five follow-up emails in three day intervals. If the payment is not made in 15 days from the invoice date, we will disable the production environment. The developer will still be able to access the developer environment. We will only suspend an account if there is no activity for a period of 180 days or 6 months.

What type of support will I receive?
Currently, all Catalyst users have access to email support from us. All accounts have unlimited support for billing-related issues, account-related issues, technical (troubleshooting) questions, and incident reports.
