Catalyst Price Change Notice

At Catalyst, we highly value your continued trust and loyalty to our platform. We want to inform you of an upcoming pricing change that is set to take effect on January 1, 2024. However, for all existing users and those who sign up on or before December 31, 2023, the new price will apply from April 1, 2024. We also want to assure you that even with this pricing adjustment, we remain committed to offering you the most value-driven platform in the industry. This adjustment is a necessary step to ensure we maintain the quality and innovation you have come to expect from us.

Important: None of these pricing adjustments will affect your current experience. Everything remains as is until March 31, 2024.

Here's what you need to know:

Effective date: Effective January 1, 2024, we will be implementing a new pricing structure for all new users. However, as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty as a valued existing customer, we want to assure you that the new pricing will only apply to you starting April 1, 2024. Until then, you will continue to enjoy our services at the current rate.
Revised pricing: We know that transparency is essential, and that's why we've made the updated pricing details available on our new Pricing page. Our current pricing model can be found here. To see how these changes might affect your projects, review the feature-level usage of your existing projects and use our new pricing calculator to instantly estimate the updated pricing. You can access service-level usage information for your existing projects in the 'Breakdown' tab within the Billing section of your Catalyst console.
Limited-time free usage: All new services and features—namely, QuickML, ConvoKraft, SmartBrowz, and AppSail—will remain free to use until December 31, 2023. During this period, we encourage you to explore and benefit from these cutting-edge tools.
Free tier: Effective April 1, 2024, users can benefit from the free tier, meaning users will not have to pay anything as long as their usage remains within the free tier limit in a given month. The free tier limits will be renewed each month. If a user exceeds the free tier limit in a given month, they will be billed as per the pay-per-use billing model.
Pay-per-use pricing model: After your $250 free trial credits and the free tier limits have been exhausted, you will be invoiced as per the pay-per-use model.
Free sandbox: The free sandbox environment is available for use until March 31, 2024, giving you ample time to test and experiment without any financial commitment.
Usage-based pricing: Effective April 1, 2024, our pricing will transition to a usage-based model instead of credit-based pricing. You will continue to only pay for what you use.
Minimum billing: Starting April 1, 2024, if an account surpasses the free tier limits, a minimum bill of $5 per project per month will be applied to cover backend provisioning and management. It's important to note that the minimum charge is not an additional fee on top of your usage fees; instead, it functions as the baseline cost for each project. For example, if you are running two projects with usage costs of $5.5 and $1, your bill will only amount to $10.5. To prevent incurring this minimum charge from April 1, 2024, we recommend deleting any unused projects.
